Investment Aims

Real Bulland JSc has the following investment aims:

long-term investment of funds raised in agricultural land, which is used for agricultural production
consolidation of acquired agricultural land with the aim of raising their value and attractiveness for agricultural producers
leasing out of acquired agricultural land or renting it out to large agricultural producers
active management of the acquired agricultural land, consisting of selecting the appropriate time for their sale or exchange
creation of a diversified portfolio of agricultural land in different regions of the country and of different type
in specific cases - acquisition of other real estate properties related to agricultural production
acquisition of other real estate properties, not related to agricultural production (including, but not only residential properties, offices, shops and building grounds) with the aim of renting them out or selling them at a higher price (also on lease).
